Tickets must be purchased online prior to your Zoo visit.* If you are unable to purchase tickets for a specific day and time, that means that day has sold out. *EBT card holders and library pass users must purchase their tickets in-person at the left ticketing window at the Zoo's Front Gate.
Members do not need to make a reservation to visit the Zoo. Members can simply come to the Zoo and show their membership card and ID to enter.
Your ticket is rain or shine. In case of an electrical storm, we will move guests to an indoor location but keep people socially distanced. If the weather forecast calls for rain, wear a raincoat, bring your umbrella, and prepare to make the splash at the Zoo! We do not offer refunds due to weather.
The Zoo is accepting library passes for a reduced admission of $10/person and up to 6 people on the pass. You must present the checked out library pass to the Ticket Window to receive the discount.
