Time to Tee Up for Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo’s 12th Annual Golf Outing

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – August 21, 2018 – The exclusive Brooklawn Country Club in Fairfield is once again the site of one of Fall’s most anticipated golf outings: the 12th Annual Golf Tournament on September 17 to benefit Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo. Brooklawn’s sloping greens will offer Zoo supporters some of the area’s biggest—and most beautiful—challenges from 12:00 noon to 8 p.m.

Formed in 1895, Brooklawn’s golfing greens were design by A.W. Tillinghast, one of history’s premier golf architects. Sponsored foursomes are forming now, so don’t miss the opportunity to golf this course. Either foursomes or individual golfers can sign up online at www.beardsleyzoo.org/golf-tournament/.

A $500 individual or $2,500 corporate Sponsorship includes a round of golf, corporate promotion on the Zoo website, e-newsletter and social media, and great food and drinks. Each golfer receives a complimentary bag as well as a Fairway and Greene/Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo golf shirt.
